Ingredients:
For grind Masala:
 2 cup of Grated Coconut
 1 medium onion
 6 to 8 Garlic cloves
 1 inch Ginger
 3 Green chillies
 1Tsp oil
For other ingredients:
 1 Medium onion
 1 Medium tomato
 2 Tbsp oil
 1 Tsp Turmeric
 1 Tsp chilli powder
 1 Tsp salt
 1 Cup water

Instructions:

You need to make masala for gravy. Here is what you will need.

Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onion, green chillies, ginger and garlic. Fry till it becomes light brown.

add grated coconut and fry till it becomes light brown.

When the mixture has cool, then add in a mixer jar. add a ½ cup of water. and grind a mixture.

Grind smooth paste and keep aside.

open clams with helping of knife and clean all clams in the water.

Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add chopped onion, stir it well. saute until onion becomes soft. Then add sliced tomato and cook till tomato become soft.

Add turmeric powder and chilli powder mix it well.

Add potato cubes, mix it very well in the masala.

Add 1/2 cup water add 1 tsp salt, and cook for 5 minutes on medium flame.

add cleaned clams and mix it very well.

Add ground masala paste stir well. Add water to adjust the gravy consistency.
