Ingredients:
 300 g Sole Fish ( Lepo fish)
 1 tbsp Salt
 1 tsp Turmeric powder
 2 tbsp Chilli powder
 ½ cup Rice flour or semolina (Sooji)
 2 tbsp Kokam juice (Sour) or Lime juice
 3 tbsp Oil

Get fresh Sole fish (Lepo Fish).

You have to peel the skin from both sides and remove his head by your finger.

Clean and wash fish, marinate the fish with 1 tbsp salt. set aside for 5 minutes.

Coat the marinated fish by rice flour both sides.

Place a frying pan on flame and add 2 tablespoon oil.
