Here is what you will need.
Heat vegetable oil in a pan and add sliced onions, green chillies and sliced tomato. Saute tomato and onion until soft.
Add 1 tsp turmeric powder and 1 tsp salt mix it well. cook for 2 minutes.
Add Clams, mix it very well in the masala and stirring often. and cook for 6 to 8 minutes
Add grated coconut mix it.
Garnish with coriander. Serve hot.
