Boil the sprouted moong till moong soft.
Heat oil in a pan and add sliced onions and coconut. Fry till it becomes light brown.
When the mixture has cooled, then add in a mixer jar. add a ½ cup of water. and grind a mixture.
Here is what you will need.
Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, add curry leaves and chopped onion stir well. saute until onions become soft.
Add Turmeric and chillies powder and chopped tomatoes and mix well.
Add Salt as per taste. and cook for 2 minutes on medium flame.
Add Grind paste and mix it well.
Add boil sprouted moong and cook for 10 minutes on medium flame.
Serve hot. With roti or rice.
