Rinse the Shepu leaves in water very well. and drain all the water from the leaves.
Finely Chop Shepu leaves, Chop onion, Slits chillies and grate coconut.
Place kadai on the flame, add shepu leaves, chopped onion, slits chillies into the kadai.
Add salt, and mix well. Sprinkle some water if necessary. Cook for about 8 - 10 minutes. Do not overcook.
Add grated coconut and mix well.
