Wash Sardine fish
Cut and clean fish, marinate fish with 1 tbsp salt.
Add turmeric powder and chilli powder.
Add Kokum Syrup (sour).
Marinate fish properly in masala and set aside for 5 minutes.
Coat the marinated fish by semolina both sides.
Heat oil in a fry pan and place fish one by one. Shallow fry fish in a pan
Flip fish on the other side, and shallow fry to both sides on medium heat.
It is ready to serve hot.
