Ingredients:
 1 cup Rice, soaked for 5 to 6 hours
 4 tbsp Oil, for greasing pan
 1 tsp Salt
 2 cups Water

Instructions:

Soak the rice in water overnight or 5 to 6 hours.

In the morning grind the soaked rice, add water to make a smooth batter.

Take out grind batter in the pan.

Add more water and make the batter watery.

Add 1 tsp Salt.

Heat a non-stick tawa or dosa pan and grease oil on it.

Now pour a ladleful batter and spread it evenly in a thin round shape.

Cook till moisture evaporates (don't burn or overcook).
