Ambyacha sheera | How to make Mango sheera

Ambyacha sheera is a traditional Maharashtrian sweet recipe.
You need Mango Pulp, then cooked along with semolina in sugar syrup water. Once cooked, the mixture looks like an amber-coloured paste and is ready to be consumed.
This Sheera is just exactly the way we make halwa with only addition is of mango pulp.

Ingredients:
 200 g Semolina (Rava or Sooji)
 1 cup Mango pulp
 3 tbsp Ghee or Dalda
 100 g Sugar
 ½ tsp Cardamom Powder
 2 cups Water
 1 tsp Salt

Instructions:

Add mango pulp in the blender and blend till smooth paste.

Add 2 cups of water and sugar in a pan. Bring it to a boil.

Heat a kadai with 2 tbsp ghee and roast semolina on a medium flame till you get an aroma of the semolina.

Add boil sugar syrup water in the roasted semolina.

Add salt as per taste. mix again.

Add Mango pulp in the Kadai and mix well.

Add cardamom powder stir till the moisture reduce.
